Betley surgery currently offers patients the facility to book, view, amend and cancel appointments online. Also available is the facility for patients to order online, view a list of their repeat prescriptions or medicines and appliances.
The Practice plans to offer patients the facility to view on line, any summary information from their medical records, relating to medications, allergies, adverse reactions and any other items agreed between the practice and the individual patient, from 1st March 2015, subject to the availability of NHS GP systems and software.
We will publicise and promote our online services to our practice patients through the practice website, practice waiting room leaflets and posters by 1st March 2015.
